What does a guest need to search?
The Page link and a current selfie. Guests review the selfie-search notice first, then take a photo or choose one from their device. The search stays inside that Page's authorized photo set.
Do guests need an account or an app?
No. Guests use the public event page in their browser.
What happens to the guest selfie?
It is received in memory, used for the current event search and discarded when the request ends. It is not stored as a file, database record or log payload.
Can we use photos delivered by an outside photographer?
Yes. If your organization has the right to use and distribute the files, your event team can upload the delivered set and manage the guest experience.
Can the event page match our brand?
You can set the event cover, logo, accent colors, theme and page sections. Custom domains are included from the Ultra plan upward and the number depends on the plan; the demo does not include one. Adding a domain beyond your plan is contact-assisted.
How does pricing work?
Start Free covers one demo event for 7 days. Paid plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months and include a monthly Searchable Photo allowance plus concurrent Photo Storage. They do not auto-renew.
What happens when a prepaid term ends?
New uploads, guest search and guest original downloads stop at the term end. The following 7 days are an owner-only renewal and raw-recovery grace period, not continued guest access.
Can schools use face search?
EventPhotoFind can be configured around an individual school or center event. The organization remains responsible for deciding whether face search is appropriate in its jurisdiction and for its participants. The product does not create a persistent child identity by default.
