Built to be defensible about face data
Face search is biometric processing, and the architecture treats it that way rather than adding a policy page afterwards.
The selfie is never stored
It is received in memory, compared, and discarded when the request ends. No file, no database row, no log line.
Search cannot cross an event
Every query is scoped to one event in the database itself. There is no query that searches across events, so there is nothing to misconfigure.
Consent comes first, and is versioned
Guests read what happens to their selfie and agree before the camera opens. The version they agreed to is recorded.
Camera metadata is removed
Published photos are re-encoded without EXIF, so GPS coordinates and camera serial numbers do not travel with your gallery.

How does AI photo search work?
Our AI scans every photo, detects faces, and creates a secure index so guests can find themselves using a selfie or by browsing the gallery.
Is my data secure?
Guest selfies are processed in memory and immediately discarded. Face data is scoped to each event and never shared across events or with third parties.
How quickly are photos available?
Photos are processed at approximately one second per photo. A 1,000-photo gallery is typically searchable within 15–20 minutes of upload.
Can guests download photos for free?
That depends on how you configure your event. You can offer free watermarked previews and charge for original downloads, or give everything away — it is up to you.
Can I brand my event gallery?
Yes. Set a cover image, logo, accent colors, and theme preset. Guests see your event, not a generic gallery host.
What file types and sizes do you support?
JPEG, PNG, HEIC and most RAW formats. Maximum 15 MB per photo. Metadata (EXIF, GPS) is stripped during processing.
Do you integrate with other platforms?
Direct integrations are coming. Today you can export your leads and analytics data and use our public event links with any platform.
