What happens after my access period ends?
Guest search stops, but your photos remain in storage for the retention period. You can extend your plan or export your data before it expires.
What is included in AI face search?
Every plan includes automatic face detection, indexing, and guest selfie matching. Guests search your event with a selfie and instantly find the photos they are in.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Can I extend my access period?
Yes. Contact us or purchase a retention extension add-on to keep your event gallery available longer.
Are the photos secure?
Originals are stored in private, encrypted storage. Only processed derivatives are served publicly. Guest selfies are never stored.
Do you offer custom plans?
Yes. For events larger than 250,000 photos or with specific requirements, contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Do you offer refunds?
If you have not uploaded any photos, we offer a full refund within 14 days. Contact support for details.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges.
