Storage is how much you hold at once; the monthly photo limit is how much you can add each month. A 10 GB plan holds about 1,000 original photos at a time, and lets you process up to 1,000 new photos every month. To add more once your storage is full, delete photos you no longer need.
A typical 1,000-photo event requires about 10 GB of Photo Storage. Pro (10 GB) covers a single full event. Ultra (30 GB) supports studios running multiple events per month, and Professional (100 GB) is built for race days and high-volume seasons.

Full-resolution original photos uploaded to your active events count against Photo Storage until deletion is confirmed. Processed Gallery derivatives remain optimized for guest browsing.
Yes. On paid plans, guests can download the full-resolution original photo for free throughout your active subscription term.

Originals stay in private, encrypted cloud storage. Only the processed derivatives intended for your event page are public, and those are re-encoded without camera metadata.

A guest selfie is received in memory, converted to a numeric face descriptor, used to search that one event, and discarded when the request ends. It is never written to disk, a database or a log, and never sent to a third-party face API.
